Privacy notice pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR

SDGZ-URES processes the personal data of its members, prospects and website visitors in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by 101/2018). This notice describes in detail the processing purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights.

1. Data Controller and DPO

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your data for the purposes listed below. For each one we indicate the specific legal basis, the retention period and the version of the notice you accepted at the time of collection. The full text of each notice can be expanded by clicking “Show details”.

3. Your rights (Arts. 15–22 GDPR)

You can exercise the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data at any time:

  • Right of access (Art. 15)obtain confirmation that processing is taking place and a copy of the data.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16)request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17)“right to be forgotten” under the conditions of the Regulation.
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18)request temporary restriction of processing.
  • Right to portability (Art. 20)receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21)object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.

4. How to exercise your rights

You can submit your request by email to [email protected] or through the contact form. We will reply within 30 days as required by GDPR (extendable by 2 months for complex requests). We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

5. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with the date of the last revision; substantive changes affecting collected consents will be communicated by email.
