Transparency obligations for non-profit associations arise from the following sources:
- Italian Law 4 August 2017, no. 124 — “Annual Law for the market and competition”, Art. 1 paragraphs 125–129
- Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, no. 117 — “Code of the Third Sector”
- MISE Circular 11 January 2019, no. 2 on implementation
2. Public funding received in the previous year
Pursuant to Art. 1 paragraph 125 of Law 124/2017, we publish the amount of public funding (grants, subsidies, economic benefits) received from Public Administrations when the annual total exceeds € 10,000.
